Payment methods
Payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, tax, and receipts. Customers in Vietnam can pay via PayOS.
Manage your plan from the Subscription page. You can upgrade, cancel, or buy one-time credit packs.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: cancel anytime and keep access until the period ends; contact support within 14 days for billing problems. See the /refund page.
