We want you to be satisfied with Swork Team. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for subscriptions and credit packs.
Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar (or PayOS for customers in Vietnam). Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through the same processor.
1. Subscriptions (Plus, Pro, Ultra)
- You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period once it has started, except where required by law.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review and, where appropriate, refund it.
2. Annual plans
For annual subscriptions, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal if you have not made substantial use of the paid features. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
3. Credit packs (one-time purchases)
- Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Once credits have been consumed, the consumed portion is non-refundable. A refund of an unused pack reverses the credits added to your balance.
4. Consumer right of withdrawal (EU/UK and similar)
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal/“cooling-off” right for digital purchases, you may be entitled to cancel within 14 days. By starting to use a digital service or consuming credits during that period, you may acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right for the portion already supplied/consumed, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@sworkteam.com from your account email with your order or transaction reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback may result in suspension of the related account or access.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
